2. Scope

This policy explains how the NodeLume app for iPhone and iPad and its support website handle information. NodeLume does not require a separate account.

3. Gameplay data stored on your device

NodeLume stores information needed to provide the game, including progress, unlocked levels, stars and best results, play statistics, daily streaks, hint usage, language, theme, sound, haptic, and onboarding settings.

This information is stored locally with Apple platform storage. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or tracking.

4. Optional iCloud progress synchronization

When iCloud is available, NodeLume uses Apple’s iCloud key-value storage to help move gameplay progress between compatible devices signed in to the same Apple Account. The synchronized content can include progress, level results, play statistics, daily streaks, and hint-use status.

The developer does not operate a separate server that receives this gameplay data and does not receive your Apple Account credentials. iCloud processing is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple’s privacy practices.

5. In-app purchases

The optional full-game purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. NodeLume receives transaction and entitlement information necessary to display the localized product, unlock the full game, and restore a previous purchase.

The developer does not receive or store payment-card details. Apple may process purchase, device, and account information under its own terms and privacy policy.

6. Support communications

If you contact support by email, the developer receives the email address, message, attachments, and technical information that you choose to provide. This information is used to answer the request, investigate the reported issue, and maintain necessary correspondence.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the request and applicable record-keeping obligations. You may ask for deletion by using the contact address above.

7. No advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics

NodeLume does not include advertising networks, cross-app tracking, data brokers, or third-party analytics SDKs. The app does not sell personal information.

8. Network access

Core puzzles work offline. Network access may be used by Apple platform services for purchases, entitlement verification, and iCloud synchronization. NodeLume does not send gameplay data to a developer-operated analytics or advertising server.

9. Your choices and deletion

  • Use Settings → Reset all progress in NodeLume to clear gameplay progress and synchronize the reset state when iCloud is available.
  • Manage the app’s iCloud data and Apple Account through the settings provided by Apple.
  • Mute sound effects and disable haptic feedback in the app’s settings.
  • Contact the developer to request access to or deletion of support correspondence that the developer can identify.

Depending on your location, you may have legal rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. Because the developer does not operate an account or gameplay-data server, most app data is controlled directly on your device or through your Apple Account.

10. Children

NodeLume does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account, advertising, or analytics service. A child or guardian who contacts support should avoid sharing unnecessary personal information.

11. Security and retention

NodeLume relies on Apple platform protections for local storage, iCloud, and purchases. No system can guarantee absolute security. Gameplay data remains until it is reset, removed through device or iCloud controls, or replaced by newer synchronized data. Support emails are handled as described above.

12. This website

The NodeLume support and privacy pages do not include advertising or analytics scripts and do not intentionally set tracking cookies. The website host may process standard technical logs, such as IP address and request information, under the host’s own privacy terms.

13. Changes

This policy may be updated when NodeLume’s features or data practices change. The effective date at the top will be revised, and the current policy will remain available at this URL.
